David W. Shenton is the Managing Partner of Crest Properties, LLC. David built Crest from the ground up, beginning with its first investment in 2013, and is a self-taught investor. Since that first acquisition, Crest’s portfolio has grown to over $22M in AUM. 

Prior to entering the world of commercial real estate investing, Dr. Shenton spent over 40 years as a Sports Medicine Specialist and Orthopedic Surgeon, with 30 of those years in Billings, MT.

Ian Schroeder is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net lease (STNL) retail investments across the country. Schroeder's extensive business background includes 22 years of success in serving his clients with the utmost integrity, salesmanship and professionalism, which has earned him a positive reputation in the commercial real estate industry and led him to close over $1.1B in transaction volume. Ian resides in Orange County, CA with his wife Kristina and four young children.

Dana Brome has 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance. His main area of focus is the origination of debt transactions across the US, and he has completed over $8.8 billion in transactions in his time as a Senior Managing Director at HFF and with First Denver Mortgage Company.

Sandy Shenton is responsible for all the bookkeeping and day-to-day management of Crest Properties and its portfolio. Her prior experience includes the management of a retail and a fitness center.
